Plasmor Story

Plasmor has been a manufacturer of boats for the last 30 years.

The Plasmor company was born in 1977. In 1981, Plasmor was manufacturing its first sea kayak based on nature, hiking and sailing, was innovating and created models which have been references for a long time such as the Belouga, the first stable sea kayak created in 1992. These lasts years, Plasmor turns out to be a boat manufacturer for sailing just above the water, offering little boats to go hiking and motor dinghies with the same spirit which have made the fame of the Plasmor sea kayak : Simple, robust, safe for a maximum of pleasure. You are more and more numerous to feel confident about us and practising this kind of sailing just above the water.

• Plasmor is the French leader on the sea kayak market in fiberglass and offers you a complete range from initiation to the most adventurous expedition or even for hiking slowly.
• More than 8000 kayaks and 200 boats have been already sold to clubs, sailing schools or to individuals, young or old.
• Plasmor is currently working for export at a 10% of its turnover for Sweden, Norway and Canada
• 30 employees who are people fond of sailing : They are at our customers service and give their best advice to people
• 2000 m2 of workshop of which 600 m2 was built new during the spring of 2003
  
• 2005 : Plasmor is involved in ecologic designing and it is on the way to manufacture a new kayak with linen fibre.
